The Farmhouse resort Villa Prato al Sole began its life as a small farmstead near the ancient village of San Leonino, in a territory whose historical vocation was vine growing in the Chianti, DOCG and IGT Toscana (Supertuscan) wine and Tuscan extra virgin olive oil production area.

As the years passed our family's passion for the land led us to buy another farm in San Pancrazio, a village rebuilt on the ruins of an ancient medieval castle, in a charming area between Val d’Ambra and Val di Chiana.

Here we renovated an ancient stone farmhouse dating back to 1400, completely restoring it in respect of the original architectural characteristics, making it a welcoming destination for our guests.

During our long experience with the house arranged in "apartments" we decided to transform it into a single Villa to ensure that the holiday can be a unique moment of socialisation to spend with family and friends, in peace and quiet and in close contact with nature.
